In Preparation for the Inevitable
In light of recent events within the family, I thought it best to post this just in case I do get hit by a bus and not get lucky.

Medical Directives/Living Will
  1. No body part will be amputated without my explicit permission.

  2. If I am severely injured and I will not be able to walk or have 3rd degree burns in 50% of my body, I do not wish to be resuscitated should I go to cardiac arrest, have a stroke, my lungs collapse or if any complications occur.

  3. If I am in a persistent coma, I do not wish to be resuscitated should I go to cardiac arrest, have a stroke, my lungs collapse or if any complications occur.

  4. If I am in a persistent coma, do not continue life support. I consider myself to be in a persistent coma after 3 days.

  5. Do not operate if the likehood of death on the table is high.

  6. If I will be experiencing a lot of pain and can no longer give directions, put me in a chemical coma.

  7. Should I expire, you may harvest the following parts for transplant if they are still viable:
    • Heart

    • Liver

    • Kidney

    • Lungs

    • Bone Marrow

  8. I am assigning my mother as the executor of my living will. If she is unable to follow the directives of my living will, I am assigning my sister, Khay, as the executor of my living will. Should she also be unable to follow the directives of my living will, I will pass the responsibility to my friend JMCC.
